New Camera Installed at Pittsburgh Hays Bald Eagle Nest

Happy Friday everybody! To make it an extra happy Friday, we have some exciting news from the Hays bald eagle cam. A special thanks to the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania, because today a new camera was installed which now gives you the pleasure of viewing the stream in 1440p resolution, AND … *drum roll* with SOUND. You will now be able to hear Mom & Dad discuss sticks and little baby eaglets making tiny calls, and perhaps hear Dad yelling Rocky when he gets too close!

We would also like to give a BIG thank you to the brave trekker of the tree limbs, Rob Kruljac of Davey Tree Service for making the 110+/- foot climb to install the new equipment!

Also, be sure to vote for the Monongahela River in the River of the Year contest. This is the hunting river of choice for bald eagles in the area.
