Bat Station

Just as the BirdNET-Cloud Bird Station lets you discover the birds visiting your yard, a Bat Station reveals the fascinating world that comes alive after sunset. Every bat detection is recorded and uploaded to your BirdNET-Cloud dashboard, complete with the date, time, species identification, audio recording, and ultrasonic spectrogram. By morning, you’ll have a detailed record of the bats that were active while you were sleeping.

Hybrid Station

Why choose between monitoring birds and bats when one station can do both? The BirdNET-Cloud Hybrid Station provides continuous, around-the-clock wildlife monitoring by listening for birds during the day and automatically switching to ultrasonic bat monitoring after sunset. During daylight hours, the station uses the BirdNET artificial intelligence model to identify bird songs and calls around your property. As evening arrives, BirdNET-Cloud transitions into bat-monitoring mode, using the AudioMoth USB Microphone to capture ultrasonic echolocation calls.
